The main purpose of the job is to assist the store manager to plan, lead and direct the effective management of day to day operations of the store team in order to achieve operational excellence and business objectives as well as to act as store manager in the absence.
To offer high standards of customer care and service on the shop floor and at the till point by monitoring stock levels and driving availability of stock on the shop floor, always being available to assist customers with a specific focus on skin care and make-up.
The main purpose of the job is to offer exceptional customer service by providing detailed product knowledge and maximising sales through effective cross and up selling.
