What if I lose my card or someone steals it?

Call us on ShareCall 0860 000 827 or email service@thebodyshopsa.co.za, and we’ll send you a new card.

What if I forget to take my Love Your Body™ Card to The Body Shop®?

We need to swipe it to register your points – so remember to keep it with you. However, if you do forget it, call us on ShareCall 0860 000 827 and ask what your Clubcard number is.  Give it to the cashier. Who will enter it manually. You will still earn points.

What if I earn fewer than 50 Love Your Body™ points in a three-month collection period?

You won’t qualify for a Rewards Voucher, but you won’t lose out. We will carry your points over to the next three-month collection period.

How can I be sure of getting Rewards Vouchers?

Provided you qualify by earning 50 Love Your Body™ points in a three-month collection period, you’ll qualify and receive a mailing statement from us containing you Rewards Voucher. If you don’t qualify, your points will be carried forward.

How can I find out how many points I have on my Love Your Body™ card?

Call us on ShareCall 0860 000 827. Your till-slip will be reflect the number of points you have earned on your current transaction only.

I went shopping yesterday and used my Love Your Body Card™ but the points have not been added to my card. Why?

There are a number of reasons why data from stores is not immediately updated on the Love Your Body™ system. In most instances your transaction data should reflect within 48 hours.
